Fitflop is a British footwear brand founded in 2007 by Marcia Kilgore, a former beauty entrepreneur who set out to design comfortable footwear without compromising on style. The brand's signature Microwobbleboard midsole — a biomechanically-engineered cushioning platform — has now featured in over 100 million pairs of sandals, trainers and shoes sold worldwide.

The Microwobbleboard works by absorbing shock through multiple density layers and providing built-in arch support. The result is footwear that feels noticeably more cushioned than competitors, particularly for wearers who stand or walk for long periods. Many podiatrists recommend Fitflop for plantar fasciitis, lower back issues, and general foot fatigue — the cushioning genuinely reduces impact.

The brand's slippers can typically be machine-washed at 30 degrees with a gentle cycle. Replacement insoles are available for some styles when the originals start to compress after heavy daily use.
