Do you measure children's feet in store?

Yes, all Cordners stores offer free children's foot measuring. Bring your child in for an accurate width and length measurement before buying.

Are your children's shoes school-approved?

Yes, our Start-Rite, Clarks, Pablosky and Geox school ranges meet typical school uniform standards. Look for the School Wear filter.

Do you do half sizes for kids?

Most of our children's brands stock half sizes between UK 8 and UK 5. Start-Rite and Clarks also offer different width fittings (F, G, H).

How do I care for leather boots?

Brush off dirt, apply leather conditioner every few months and use waterproofing spray before winter. Avoid drying near direct heat; stuff with newspaper to absorb moisture overnight.

Are these boots waterproof?

Many of our boots come waterproof or with water-resistant treatments. Look for the Waterproof tag on the product page. Brands like Geox, Dubarry, Rieker and Barbour offer the best weather resistance.

Can I wear boots in summer?

Yes, ankle boots and Chelsea boots transition well into spring and summer. Choose unlined leather styles for warmer weather, and breathable options like Geox for hotter days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days. We also offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £75.

What's your returns policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Simply use the prepaid returns label included with your order.
