Yes, several of our women's ranges come in standard, wide and extra-wide fittings. Look for the fit indicator in the product description (D, E, EE).

Gabor, Rieker, Skechers, Fitflop and Hotter are our most-recommended brands for ladies seeking all-day comfort. Each uses cushioned footbeds and flexible soles.

Do you have shoes for sensitive feet?

Yes, look at our Padders, Hotter, Easy B and Waldlaufer ranges. These brands specialise in soft leathers, removable footbeds and roomier toe boxes.

Are these sandals adjustable?

Most of our sandals feature adjustable straps with Velcro or buckle closures. Birkenstock, Fitflop and Crocs all offer multiple adjustment points for a custom fit.

Can I wear these sandals in water?

Crocs, Fitflop and many synthetic-strap sandals are water-friendly. Leather sandals like Birkenstock should be kept dry; water can stain the leather and damage the cork footbed.

Do you offer arch support in your sandals?

Yes, Fitflop, Birkenstock, Vionic and Ecco are particularly known for their built-in arch support. Look for the Cushioned or Arch Support filter.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days. We also offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £75.

What's your returns policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Simply use the prepaid returns label included with your order.
