Yes, several of our women's ranges come in standard, wide and extra-wide fittings. Look for the fit indicator in the product description (D, E, EE).

Which brands are most comfortable for everyday wear?

Gabor, Rieker, Skechers, Fitflop and Hotter are our most-recommended brands for ladies seeking all-day comfort. Each uses cushioned footbeds and flexible soles.

Do you have shoes for sensitive feet?

Yes, look at our Padders, Hotter, Easy B and Waldlaufer ranges. These brands specialise in soft leathers, removable footbeds and roomier toe boxes.

What's the difference between formal and casual shoes?

Formal shoes typically use polished leather, oxford or derby cuts, and thinner soles. Casual shoes use softer leathers, slip-on or lace styles, and thicker cushioned soles.

Can these shoes be resoled?

Goodyear-welted shoes (look in our Loake, Clarks Originals and Lloyd & Pryce ranges) can be resoled by a good cobbler. Bonded-sole shoes usually cannot.

Are these shoes comfortable straight out of the box?

Most modern shoes from brands like Skechers, Rieker, Gabor and Clarks are designed for immediate comfort. Traditional leather shoes from Loake or Dubarry will need a few wears to soften.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days. We also offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £75.

What's your returns policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Simply use the prepaid returns label included with your order.
